現在、総務部ICTグループでは自動化ツールの導入を検討しています。
「自動化ツールで何が出来るのか?」というと、たとえばWindows のパスワードにロックがかかってしまった時、
ICTのメンバーが全員不在でも、電話かSMSでロボットとやり取りするだけでアカウントのロックを解除してくれます。
Currently general affair department of ICT group is considering if installing automated tool or not.
What can automated tool is for instance, when Window's password is locked, even though all ICT members are out of office, automated tool unlock the account by talking with robot by phone or SMS.
これはほんの一例ですが、このような自動化ツールにより、”人がやらなければいけない仕事”を人が行って、
他の簡単なものはロボットが行うことが出来れば、コスト・効率面でのメリットがあるのではないかと思っています。
なお、この自動化ツールは後ろでAI（人工知能）が働いています。
