We have orderd new (・・・)so please send it/them to us as soon as possible.
Why have you not replied us at all.
We have to take a severe action if you do not reply.
Your have offered the item(s) an a really good price and your shipment was really quick.
So I would not like to give a bitter evaluation but I will write this problem on all the website I know.
