ネットバンキングでAUDの定期預金を設定したときに、自動更新の欄の英語の意味が分からず、そのまま自動更新にしてしまった。私は定期預金を無期限の自動更新にするつもりはなく、1年間の定期預金に変更か11月の満期での解約をしたいです。私の口座種類では香港へ渡航が必要とのことですが、私は車椅子の障害者で、現状、バリアフリーの設備が整っていない香港への渡航はできません。その事情を配慮していただき、何とか書面で1年間の定期預金への変更かもしくは11月の満期での解約の手続きをお願いします。

When I set AUD time deposit by online banking, I didn't understand the meaning of English in auto update column so I set it to update automatically. I did not mean to automatically update unlimited time deposit, and I want to change it to one year time deposit or cancel after the term expires in November. I was informed that for type of my account I must go to Hong Kong to do so, but I am handicapped and use a wheelchair, and currently I cannot go to Hong Kong where barrier free system is not fully equipped. Please kindly consider such circumstance and allow me to change it to one year time deposit or cancel when the term expires in November by written document.
