ネットバンキングでAUDの定期預金を設定したときに、自動更新の欄の英語の意味が分からず、そのまま自動更新にしてしまった。私は定期預金を無期限の自動更新にするつもりはなく、1年間の定期預金に変更か11月の満期での解約をしたいです。私の口座種類では香港へ渡航が必要とのことですが、私は車椅子の障害者で、現状、バリアフリーの設備が整っていない香港への渡航はできません。その事情を配慮していただき、何とか書面で1年間の定期預金への変更かもしくは11月の満期での解約の手続きをお願いします。

When I set up a term deposit account in AUD, I didn't understand English of the column of automatic renewal, and as a result I chose it without realizing.
I would like to change it to only one year term, or cancel it at the due date in November because I didn't meant to renew automatically it. I was told that I am required to go to Hong Kong due to the kind of my account, however I am a disabled person in wheelchair therefore I don't want to do that because there is not adequate barrier-free equipment. Please take my condition into consideration and I would appreciate it if you could change my term deposit to for only one year, or cancel it at the due date in November in a document.
