大変でしょうが、色々な国を自由に行き来していて本当に羨ましいです。私ももう一度海外に住んで仕事をしたいです。
コスト削減のため、出張はかなり厳しくなっていますが、USに行った際は、是非、一緒にご飯行きましょう。楽しみにしています。

You may have difficult time to adjust yourself to a new environment, but I envy you for traveling many different countries freely. I hope someday I will live and work overseas again.
It has been difficult these days to go on a business trip due to the reduction of cost, but when I have a chance to go to U.S., let's have a dinner together. I look forward to such a day.

I know that you are busy and having hard time, but I envy you because you can freely coming and going fly among various countries. I would like to live overseas again and work there.
I have less opportunity to be on business trip in order to cut down the cost, but let's have dinner together when I visit US in the future.

I know it's not easy, but you come across various countries and I really hope I could do the same. I want to live abroad again to work. Due to reduced budget, things are very severe when it comes to business trip, but if I go to US on a business trip, let's go eat together. I'll be looking forward to it.
