Is the address in India, which is different from what it was in the beginning, similar to your registered address on paypal? (According to my confirmation, both addresses are the same)
I find it strange as you wanted shipments delivered to your US shipping address and then suddenly changed it.
According to the rules, delivery is impossible if the registered address which is different from your address. Also, it usually takes 4 days from Japan to America, but it takes at least 10 days and sometimes even a month to India, so is it ok for you?

I wonder why you suddenly changed because you originally wanted me to send the item to US. If we follow the rule, we cannot ship the item to other address than the one registered. Also it would usually take 4 days from Japan to US, but in case of sending to India, it takes 10 days at the shortest, or about 1 months in rare and worst case. Would it still be fine with you?
