I received 360 pieces of the item which I ordered. Then, 32 pieces out of 360 had suffered from liquid spill. Can you please confirm the picture attached with this e-mail? I actually bought this item for a present. But I cannot use them as a present. Can you please issue a refund for the amount of money of 32 pieces of item leaking liquid($9.89 x 32)? I live in Japan. If you need me to send back the items leaking liquid back you you, I would like you to cover the shipping fee for returning the item. I am looking forward to your reply.

I received 360 pieces of the item I ordered. Among them, 32 pieces were received with leakage. Please kindly check the photo attached on this email. I bought this item as present. However, I cannot give them as present. Please kindly make refund amount for 32 pieces with leakage ($9.89 x 32). I live in Japan.
