I received 360 pieces of the item which I ordered. Then, 32 pieces out of 360 had suffered from liquid spill. Can you please confirm the picture attached with this e-mail? I actually bought this item for a present. But I cannot use them as a present. Can you please issue a refund for the amount of money of 32 pieces of item leaking liquid($9.89 x 32)? I live in Japan.
