新製品についての説明はありませんでしたし、
カタログ上の写真も変わっていません。
多少の色の変更ならまだしも、カタログの色と著しく異なります。
ベージュから黒への変更は印象が変わりすぎます。
すでにお客様からは代金を頂いてますが、これではお客様に販売できません。
返金もしくは値引きをしてください。

There was no explanation about the new product, and the picture in the catalog has not been updated, either.
I would accept a small change in color, but, in this particular case, the color of the product is significantly different from that in the catalog.
The change from beige to black provides different impression too much.
I already have received the payment from my customer, but I cannot sell this item in this color.
Please issue a refund, or discount the product.

There was no description about new item, and photo on catalog hasn't been changed, either.
Rather than little change in color, it is actually very different from color on the catalog.
Change from beige to black is too drastic in terms of impression.
My customer already paid, but I cannot sell this to my customer like this.
Please make refund or give discount on it.
