新製品についての説明はありませんでしたし、
カタログ上の写真も変わっていません。

多少の色の変更ならまだしも、カタログの色と著しく異なります。
ベージュから黒への変更は印象が変わりすぎます。
すでにお客様からは代金を頂いてますが、これではお客様に販売できません。

返金もしくは値引きをしてください。

There was no explanation about a new item.
The picture in catalog has not been changed, either.

I can accept small change of color, but it is remarkably different from the color of the catalog.
Impression is changed too much when beige is changed to black.
I have already received money from the customer for it, but cannot sell it to him or her.
Would issue me a refund or give me a discount?
