Thank you for waiting for our reply.
Here is a reply from Elecom.
Push a ball out with the end of a ball point pen being inserted into a hole on the back of a mouse and then wipe it with a dry cloth.
Use a Q-tip to clean the back area of the mouse where the ball is set and also use caution because there is a sensor in the area.
If this does not work, reset a wireless receiver.
Change a USB port for the wireless receiver.
Move the track ball and the receiver close together and try to use it to see if it works.
If none of these work, it is likely that it may need to be repaired, so please make a request for repair.

Thank you for waiting the reply.
Here is the response from Elecom.
Please push the ball out by putting the back of a pen or something similar into the hole in the back side of the mouse. And, wipe the ball with dried cloth.
Also, wipe the sensor gently located in deep inside of the part holding the ball in the mouse body with cotton applicator.
If still the issue is not resolved,
insert the wireless receiver again.
Please try other USB port which you plug the wireless receiver.
Or, make the track ball and receiver closer each other.
If still they don't work, they are possibly out of order. Please make return request in that case.

Thank you for your patience about reply.

Please push out the ball by using back of the pen from the hole at back of the mouse, and clean it with dried cloth. As a sensor is set inside of the part where ball at the mouse is set, clean it with cotton swab softly.
If it is not still repaired, insert wireless receiver again. Change USB port where the wireless receiver is inserted.
By shortening the distance between track ball and receiver, try it.
If it is not still repaired, it must be out of order. Please request returning the item.
