マウスの裏側の穴からペンの後ろ等を使ってボールを押し出しそれを乾いた布で拭いて下さい
マウス側のボール取り付け部の奥にセンサーがあるので綿棒などで優しく拭いて下さい
それでも治らない場合は
ワイヤレスレシーバーを差しなおしてください
ワイヤレスレシーバーを指し込んでいるUSBポートを変えてみてください
トラックボールとレシーバーの距離を近づけてお試しください
