3.Raw material,food additive and others components.
The Seller has to buy all the material and other components to process the finished product.
The Buyer will supply all the food additives necessary for the processing with no commercial value.
The Seller not allowed using these food additives to produce the product for any other Buyer.
After processing,the remaining food additive will be kept by The Seller for the next contract.

4.Expire time of contract.
This contract will have value within 1 year after sign.The Seller shall ship the finished product under The Buyer decision.

3.　原材料、食品添加物およびその他成分
売り手は、完成品の加工に必要な全ての材料および成分を購入するものとする。
買い手は、加工に必要なすべての食品添加物を無償にて提供するものとする。
売り手は、これらの食品添加物を、他のいかなる買い手向けの商品の生産に使用してはならない。
加工後、残りの食品添加物は、次回の契約用に売り手によって保存されるものとする。

4.　契約期間
契約は、署名後1年間有効である。　売り手は、買い手の決定により、完成品を出荷するものとする。

5.　その他の条件

セラーは最終製品を作るのに必要な材料と他の成分を全て購入しなければならない。
バイヤーは最終製品の加工に必要なすべての食品添加物を商業的な価値を含めることなく提供する。
セラーは、他のバイヤーから製品を加工するために必要な食品添加物を購入することは許されない。
加工後、残った食品添加物は次回の契約に備え、セラーが保持するものとする。

4. 契約の満了期限
本契約は、署名後１年間ゆうこうであるものとする。セラーは最終製品をバイヤーの決定に基づいて出荷するものとする。

5. 他の契約条件

3.原材料、食品添加物、その他の構成材料。
売り主は、製品の完成のために必要なすべての材料と他の構成材料を購入する必要があります。
買い手は、商業的価値の無い加工のために必要なすべての食品添加物を供給します。
売り主は、他のバイヤーの製品を生産するために、これらの食品添加物を使用することは許可されていません。
加工した後、余剰が生じた食品添加物は、次の契約の為に売り主によって保管されます。

4.契約の期限
この契約は、契約後１年間有効です。売り主は買い主の判断の下に完成品を出荷しなければなりません。
