"◯◯"とはどういう意味でしょうか？
私たちはサーバーをレンタルして使用しています。もしかしたらそれが原因でしょうか？
レンタルのサーバーなので、以前に別の誰かが使用していた可能性があります。
もしそれが原因であれば、別のアカウントとは無関係ですのでポリシー違反に該当しません。
本当に身に覚えがありませんので、どうぞもう一度ご検討下さい。

What does "◯◯" mean?
We are now using a rented server. Would this be the reason?
Because it is a server that we have rented, it is likely that someone else have used it previously.
If this is the reason, it would have nothing to do with other accounts. Hence, it cannot be the case that I violated the policy.
As I am really unaware of this matter, please investigate this one more time.

What do you mean by "○○"?
We use rental server. Could it be the cause?
As it was a rental server, someone else might have bee using it before.
If that's the cause, it has nothing to do with other account, so it does not violate the policy.

What does "xx" mean?
We rent a server and use it. It might be cause of the problem.
As we rent it, some one might have used it before.
It is a cause, it has nothing to do with another account and does not violate the policy.
