"◯◯"とはどういう意味でしょうか？
私たちはサーバーをレンタルして使用しています。もしかしたらそれが原因でしょうか？
レンタルのサーバーなので、以前に別の誰かが使用していた可能性があります。
もしそれが原因であれば、別のアカウントとは無関係ですのでポリシー違反に該当しません。
本当に身に覚えがありませんので、どうぞもう一度ご検討下さい。

What does it mean to "◯◯"?
We use a rental server . Is it the cause maybe ?
Because it is a rental server, some other one could use it previously.
If it is the cause, it does not policy violation because we are not the other one's account.
