私達は金曜日までに送金するつもりでしたが、ペナルティが発生していると聞いて驚きました。
今回は100K必要という事ですから、まだ用意できるか分かりません。
送金は75Kだけに出来ませんか？

私達はなぜペナルティが必要になるのか理解出来ない。

We planned to send you money by Friday, but we were surprised to hear that a penalty was taken.
