私が営業した感覚では、1度に$3000分を購入してくれる取引先を見つけるのは難しい。
$2000だと卸売先も見つけやすくなります。
弊社の在庫コストも軽減され小回りの効いた仕入れもできます。

In the future, everything except for small lot single unit will be directly sent to Japan.
I'd like you to offer 25% discount on orders over $2,000.
In Japan, ○○ market scale is very small.
As far as I sensed through sales activities, it is difficult to find partners who will buy over $3,000 per order.
With $2,000 it will be easier to find wholesale customers.
Our stock cost will be reduced as well so we can be flexible getting supplies.

After this, I would like you to send most of the items directly to Japan, except small amount of single orders. So, I would like you to offer 25% discounts when I order more than $2500.
