As I already wrote you partial refund is not an option right now - Canon authorized service couldn't guaratee me, they will be able to clean the camera properly since the mold is located on pentaprism.
In this case I'm not willing to use the camera with set of my lenses, since there is always a risk of spreading the mold on them. I already filed the return request and I hope you understand my reasons.

Before buying the camera I asked the seller if the camera is fungus/mold free and seller responded that this is the case. (conversation screenshot is attached) However after receiving the item it was clear there is lot of fungus/mold in viewfinder area, which creates this camera unusable to me, maybe even toxic since whole camera smelled like fungus after removing the cap. I contacted the seller with no response, so I decided to have the camera checked in authorzed Canon service and their statement was they unable to guarantee to clean the camera properly.
I contacted seller again with demand to refund the item, shipping charges and tax with still no response. In attached files I tried to capture the mold in the viewfinder and in one shot I also highlighted the problem. It s hard to capture but clearly visible with bare eye. I also attach document stating tax and customs charges I payed and which I also demand to refund (65 euro 20 cents).
