Before buying the camera I asked the seller if the camera is fungus/mold free and seller responded that this is the case. (conversation screenshot is attached) However after receiving the item it was clear there is lot of fungus/mold in viewfinder area, which creates this camera unusable to me, maybe even toxic since whole camera smelled like fungus after removing the cap. I contacted the seller with no response, so I decided to have the camera checked in authorzed Canon service and their statement was they unable to guarantee to clean the camera properly.

カメラを買う前、カビや菌が生えないか私が売主に尋ねたのに対し、売主はそうだと回答しました。　(会話の内容を撮ったスクリーンショットが添付されています)　しかし、商品を受け取った後、ビューファインダーの辺りにカビや菌がたくさんあることが判明しました。このことによって、私はこのカメラを使えない状況で、キャップを取り除いた後もカビのような臭いがカメラ全体からしたため、おそらく、有毒ですらあります。私は売主に連絡しましたが、全く返答がないので、キャノンの公式サービスにカメラのチェックを依頼することにしました。そして、彼らの回答によるとカメラを完全に綺麗にすることは保証できないということでした。
