I contacted seller again with demand to refund the item, shipping charges and tax with still no response. In attached files I tried to capture the mold in the viewfinder and in one shot I also highlighted the problem. It s hard to capture but clearly visible with bare eye. I also attach document stating tax and customs charges I payed and which I also demand to refund (65 euro 20 cents). If there are any other photos/documents required, please don t hesitate to contact me.
商品と配送料(税込)の払い戻しを求め、私は売主に再度連絡を取りましたが、まだ返答がありません。添付ファイルについて、私はファインダーにあるカビの写真を収めようとし、一枚の写真では問題の箇所に印を付けました。写真に収めるのは難しいですが、肉眼では明らかに見ることができます。また、私が支払済みで、払い戻しを求めている税や通関手数料(65ユーロ 20セント)について書かれた資料を添付しています。その他の写真や資料が必要でしたら、遠慮なくご連絡下さい。
