商品をすぐに発送したのですが、申し訳ありませんが、こちらに返送されてしまいました。カメラに同梱した予備のリチウムバッテリーが問題のようです。EMSの規則でリチウムバッテリーはカメラに入れている物だけしか送れないそうです。予備のバッテリーを抜いて送るしかないようです。申し訳ありませんが予備バッテリー分として30USDをPayPalより返金しますので、バッテリーを抜いて再送させていただいてもよろしいでしょうか？

Hello.
Thank you for your successful bidding for the camera the other day.
I had shipped the item right after that, but it was returned back to me. It seems to be the spare lithium ion battery packed in the same package is the reason for that. Due to EMS regulation, only the lithium ion battery built in the camera body can be sent. So, it seems that I can only send the camera to you without the lithium ion battery. Therefore, as I will make refund $30 USD, for the spare battery, to you via PayPal, can I send the camera without the battery to you again? I am sorry for bothering you.

we can send this battery only when we put in the camera.
We can send only by removing the extra one. I hate to say, but I will refund you 30 US dollars via Paypal
