こんにちは。先日カメラを落札していただき、ありがとうございました。
商品をすぐに発送したのですが、申し訳ありませんが、こちらに返送されてしまいました。カメラに同梱した予備のリチウムバッテリーが問題のようです。EMSの規則でリチウムバッテリーはカメラに入れている物だけしか送れないそうです。予備のバッテリーを抜いて送るしかないようです。申し訳ありませんが予備バッテリー分として30USDをPayPalより返金しますので、バッテリーを抜いて再送させていただいてもよろしいでしょうか？

We sent the camera right away, but we are sorry to inform you that it was returned to us. It seems that there was a problem with the spare lithium battery that was packed with the camera.
