商品をすぐに発送したのですが、申し訳ありませんが、こちらに返送されてしまいました。カメラに同梱した予備のリチウムバッテリーが問題のようです。EMSの規則でリチウムバッテリーはカメラに入れている物だけしか送れないそうです。予備のバッテリーを抜いて送るしかないようです。申し訳ありませんが予備バッテリー分として30USDをPayPalより返金しますので、バッテリーを抜いて再送させていただいてもよろしいでしょうか？

We sent the camera right away, but we are sorry to inform you that it was returned to us. It seems that there was a problem with the spare lithium battery that was packed with the camera. Under the rules of EMS, only lithium batteries that are inside cameras may be sent. It seems the only way we can send the camera is without the spare battery. We are sorry about this. Now, would it be OK with you if we return US$30 to your PayPal account for the spare battery and then resend the camera without the spare battery?
