前回もお伝えしていた通り、3/4gサイズの商品の色が悪く、4/5gサイズ の色と全く違う色合いになってしまっているためクレーム多発しています。
販売していた 3/4gサイズの商品の大半が返品となり戻ってきており、残りの販売商品も会社の信頼を損なう恐れがあるため商品を自主回収を行いました。これにより多額の損害が出てしまっています。
このままでは私たちも安心して商品を販売する事ができないので、商品の製造工程や添加物の使用量など、再度打ち合わせする必要があると考えています。

As I let you know before, we have received a lot of claim from our customers because the color of 3/4g sized item is not good, resulting in that its color tone is entirely different from 4/5g sized item color tone.
Most of 3/4g sized items which we had been selling were returned back. So, we took action by launching a self-imposed product recall of the items because the rest of the items on sale could damage credibility of our company.
Therefore, we are suffering from enormous amount of damages now.
If this situation goes on, we cannot sell products with confidence. So we think we need to have a meeting again to discuss the manufacturing process and the amount of the additive.

As I told you last time, color of the item by size 3/4 grams is not good and it is different from color by 4/5 grams. For this reason, we receive a number of claims.

As we mentioned the last time, we've received multiple claims due to the 3/4g-sized product having an awful color, and 4/5g-sized products not matching the color at all.

As it was informed last time, the color of the product size: 3/4g was not good and far different from the size: 4/5g. This is causing many complaining.
The most of the 3/4g on sale was returned and also to avoid risking losing trustable business we recalled all the remaining products. This caused huge loss.
If we do not make any adjustment, we are not be able to have peace concerning the continuous sale of this product, so we are thinking to discuss again on the process of product production and the amount of the additives and so on.
