前回もお伝えしていた通り、3/4gサイズの商品の色が悪く、4/5gサイズ の色と全く違う色合いになってしまっているためクレーム多発しています。
販売していた 3/4gサイズの商品の大半が返品となり戻ってきており、残りの販売商品も会社の信頼を損なう恐れがあるため商品を自主回収を行いました。これにより多額の損害が出てしまっています。
