“Prohibited substances”に表記してある物質類は、A社で使用禁止物質になっています。
“Controlled substance”に表記してある物質類は、A社で使用して欲しくない物質になりますが、許容限度量を超えなければ使用しても良い物質になります。
これらの物質類に関して、使用している場合はどの程度の量か、使用していない場合でも使用していない旨を、AISと言う書式でA社に提出する必要があります。
どうか製品の製造元にAISの記入を依頼して下さい。

The materials listed as "Prohibited substances" are prohibited in company A, while the use of the ones listed as "Controlled substances" are not desirable, but allowed up to a certain amount.
Regarding whether they are contained in the products or not, and if yes, how much need to be reported on a paper called AIS to company A.Would you please ask the maker to fill out the form?

Substances categorized as "Prohibited substances" are prohibited for use in A.
Substances categorized as "Controlled substances" are not favorable for use in A, but are able to be used if you do not exceed the permitted limit placed by A. As to these substances, you must file a document to A after the form of AIS. In the document, you must make sure how much you have used the substances or, if you have not used them, must make it known that the substances are not used.

Chemical substances listed in “Prohibited substances” are not allowed to be used at A company. Those listed in “Controlled substance” are recommended not to be used at A company; however, they can be used if the amounts do not exceed the allowable limits.
We must hand in a document in the AIS form to A company concerning the condition of the use or disuse of these substances: that is, the amounts if we use them and the fact that we do not use them if they are not used.
Please ask the manufacturers of the substances to fill in the AIS form.
