Makeup of the doll I ordered last time was perfect.
I'd like to ask same person to keep doing makeup.
Is it possible to ask the factory?
Also, the one I ordered this time had eyebrow little different from the makeup in the photo I request.
Eyelashes fell off as well.
Personally, other than eyelashes fallen off, I'm very satisfied with it.
However, I ordered it because very severe customer requested to exchange, so I don't know if this is convincing or not. Is this face made by another factory?
Name in FROM was different.
