写真で見ると少し違うような気がしたので出荷を待ってほしいとお願いしました

前回注文した人形のメイクは完璧でした
ずっとその人にメイクをお願いしたいです
工場に聞いてもらうことは可能ですか？

あと、今回注文したものは希望した写真のメイクとは眉毛が微妙に違いました
まつ毛も取れていました
私個人はまつ毛が取れていたことを除けば大満足です
ただ、非常に厳しいお客様から交換を希望されて注文したものなので、これでご納得頂けるかどうかわかりませんね
こちらの顔は別の工場ですか？

I would like for the person in charge to make dolls for us continuously.

This time, the eyebrow of the dolls were slightly different from the make in the picture.
The eyelash was gone.
I personally am satisfied with the deal, except that eyelash was gone.
But, this deal was from a demanding customer, requesting the replacement. Therefore I am not sure if they are happy with these.
Are these faces are made in another factory?
The sender, FROM name was different one.
