EMSが届かず、荷物が受け取れない状態になっています。
VIETTEL POSTで調べても何もでてこないので、VIETTEL POSTの日本の代理店もわからないので、EMSがどこにあるのかもわからず困っています。
EMSが今どこにあるか、そちらで確認してもらえますか？
早急にお願いします。

EMS does not arrive and I cannot receive the parcel.
As I checked on VIETTEL POST, nothing shows and I don't know agent in Japan for VIETTEL POST, I'm troubled because I cannot locate EMS.
Will you check where EMS is now at your side?

I have not got EMS and not receive the luggage.
Because nothing come out even I examined at VIETTEL POST,
and I don't know where the Japanese distributor of VIETTEL POST,
I can't find where the EMS is.
Could you check over where it is now?
