EMSが届かず、荷物が受け取れない状態になっています。
VIETTEL POSTで調べても何もでてこないので、VIETTEL POSTの日本の代理店もわからないので、EMSがどこにあるのかもわからず困っています。
EMSが今どこにあるか、そちらで確認してもらえますか？
早急にお願いします。

I checked it on VIETTEL POST but it doesn't tell me anything and I don't know japanese VIETTEL POST agency don't know where it is now.
Can you check where it is?
