私はそこで商品を受け取り、日本に商品を転送してもらっています。
今まで転送会社が受け取り拒否をしたケースとしては、住所の不備や荷物の破損などがあります。
私は転送会社に受け取り拒否をした理由を確認しておりますが、本日は感謝祭で休日なので返信が得られていません。
転送会社から返信が得られたらまた連絡します。
私は商品が欲しいので、再送してもらうときには、送料を支払います。

I receive the products there and have them forwarded to Japan.
In the past, I have had cases where the forwarding agent denied to receive a product due to an incomplete address and damaged package.
I am trying to verify the reason why the forwarding agent denied to receive it, but because today is Thanksgiving day, I haven't received a reply yet.
