私の発送先住所は日本への転送会社になっています。
私はそこで商品を受け取り、日本に商品を転送してもらっています。
今まで転送会社が受け取り拒否をしたケースとしては、住所の不備や荷物の破損などがあります。
私は転送会社に受け取り拒否をした理由を確認しておりますが、本日は感謝祭で休日なので返信が得られていません。
転送会社から返信が得られたらまた連絡します。
私は商品が欲しいので、再送してもらうときには、送料を支払います。

The address to which the item is sent is a forwarding company to Japan.
I receive the item there and the item is forwarded to Japan.
The forwarding company has rejected receiving the item when the address was not complete and the item was damaged.
I asked the forwarding company the reason of rejecting receiving the item.
However, I have not received the reply yet since today is Thanksgiving, a national holiday.
I will let you know when I receive the reply from the forwarding company.
As I need the item, I will pay for shipping charge if it is sent again.
