私の発送先住所は日本への転送会社になっています。
私はそこで商品を受け取り、日本に商品を転送してもらっています。
今まで転送会社が受け取り拒否をしたケースとしては、住所の不備や荷物の破損などがあります。
私は転送会社に受け取り拒否をした理由を確認しておりますが、本日は感謝祭で休日なので返信が得られていません。
転送会社から返信が得られたらまた連絡します。
私は商品が欲しいので、再送してもらうときには、送料を支払います。

My orders are received by them and they will transfer the orders to Japan.
The transfer agency has rejected receipts before due to insufficient address or damaged goods.
