I received a call from a bank, saying that there was a refund.
But, it is $26.88 short.
Please pay the shortfall immediately.
I consulted a credit company because of a late notice of a refund and they told me that they would file a complaint because they had been able to confirm the purchase and refund process.
I would be not able to shop with a visa card that is affiliated with a bank in Japan.
Please take care of this matter as soon as possible.

They told me that they will file a complaint to you as they could confirm your returning the item.
I will be no longer able to purchase from your shop by using my visa card that is linked to the bank in Japan.
Please send me the money as soon as possible.
