Dear peggy,
The bank informed that they received refund.
However, the amount of refund is $26.88 less than it's supposed to be.
Please immediately pay balance.
As your response of refund was late, I asked credit card company and they confirmed purchase and return process so they will file complaint against your shop. In the future I will not be able to buy from your shop with VISA card affiliated with banks in Japan. Please respond immediately.
