約束の救い主が、もうすでに、イスラエルの民の中におられても、そのお方が具体的にだれであるかは、まだ、イスラエルの民だけでなく、実はJohnも知らないのです。しかし、これらのことは、【D】で記されておりますように、神はJohnに、約束の救い主も、John から水を使う洗礼を受けるためにやってくる。そして、他の人々には、そういうことはないけれど も、約束の救い主が水を使う洗礼を受けたときには、The Spiritが、平和を象徴する鳩の形でその方に下るのでわかると告げていたのです。

Not only the people of Israel but also John did not know exactly who the promised savior was even though he had already been in the people of Israel. But as these were written in 【D】, the promised savior also came to be baptized with water. And John was told he would be able to recognize Him when the promised savoir, not other people, was baptized with water, the Spirit would come down to Him in the form of a dove symbolizing peace.

Even if the savior is already there among the people of Israel, not only Israeli people but also John will not know who he is or where he is. As mentioned in 【D】, this savior will come to John to show himself up and receive baptism with water by John as the God promised with John. The savior will not show himself to the rest of the people. But once the savior is baptized by John then a dove that represents the peace will fly over to the savior and all the people will know who the savior is that is just underneath the flying dove.

Even though the promised savior existed in the crowd of Judah, neither the people of Judah nor John himself would not know who the person is specifically. Nevertheless, as prescribed in [D], God brings these things to happen to John, and the promised savior would show to receive the baptism by John, which uses water. In addition, things like these won't happen to other people, but when the promised savior is baptized, the Spirits will disguise as pigeons which symbolize peace to come down so that he would know it.
