1．緑茶の葉を不織布に入れたものを鉄瓶の中にいれる。
2．水を鉄瓶の八分目までいれて煮出す。
3．お湯が2分目をきるくらいになったら一度中のお湯をすてて水を八分目までいれる。
4．このお湯が沸騰して、また二分目になるまで沸騰させ続ける。
5．この1～4の処理を3回繰り返す。
緑茶のタンニンが錆と反応してタンニン鉄が生まれ赤さびは止まります。
また沸騰したお湯も使用可能です。
離れた倉庫に保管しています。私が手をつけることはできません。

2. Pour cold water to fill the iron kettle up to 80% and boil it.
3. Boil it for two minutes and pour off the hot water once and pour cold water into the kettle up to 80% again.
4. Boil it and continue to boil it for two minutes.
5. Repeat step 1 to 4 three times.
Tannin from green tea reacts to rust and that creates tannin iron, which prevents red rust.
And boiled water is usable.
It is stored at a separated warehouse. I am not allowed to access it.

3. When the water boiled down to one-fifth, throw the boiled water once and again put water up to 4-fifths.
4. Please keep boiling the water until it come to one-fifth.

3. When there is only about 20% of the water left, throw it away and again put about a litter of water into the kettle and bring it to a boil.
4. Let the water boil until about 20% of the water is left.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4, 3 times.
