あなたの最寄の機関かヴィトンで発行してもらうのがいいかと思います。
しかし、私は一度も提出した事はありませんし
問題はありませんでした。
それに写真だけで真偽は判断できませんからね！

Since we do not issue Documents of Authentication please have a nearest organization or Louis Vuitton retail store issue one.
We have never issued such document in the past and we have never had issues concerning this kind of matter. You really cannot judge the authenticity by a photograph!
The merchandise has gone through numerous inspection agencies and it is definitely a genuine product.
We regret to ask you but since we do not have any wrongful doings, may we ask you to the shipping costs for both ways?
To do business together we would like to have treated fairly.

As I do not issue a certificate, I think it's better that you have one issued at the nearest organization or Louis Vuitton stores.
