※Handshaking event may finish due to wether or facility situation even if some customer would be waiting in a line.
※A customer, who have several "release event tickets", has to stand in the end of a line again after second participation of the handshaking event.
※Please understand we cannot reissue "release event tickets" for any reasons including loss or theft.

Announcing logistics for Osaka "music" release event on May 23rd (Sat)!
* Depending on the situations of facility or weather conditions, there might be a chance of early close for handshake meeting, even guests are waiting in the line.
* When a guest who has multiple "Release event admission" tickets going to participate handshake meeting twice or more, each time the guest has to join the end of the waiting line.
* "Release event admission" ticket will not be reissued for any reason (including lost or stolen). Thank you for your understanding.

※We will run the even in the rain, however, the event will be cancelled, suspended, or changed due to inevitable reasons such as dangerously strong storm, natural disaster, trouble of the equipment in the facility, or a strike on the streets. Please understand we cannot accept refund for purchased items even those inevitable reasons. We only accept replacement of purchased items by flawed item with the all enclosed items.

※In the day of the event, cameras might come for cover the event. Please understand customers may happen to be on the cameras.

* Long hour spot saving by using your belongings, leisure sheet or anything else is prohibited all area. Event staff and security will take them away as soon as founded. Especially when multiple events are being hold, it will be very inconvenient for all guests.
Even a person is present, use of sheet etc is prohibited.

※We will not allow saving spots for hours in all areas by using such as baggage, or leisure sheet. Staffs and guards will remove it as soon as we find. Especially, when several events are held on the day, we will not absolutely allow saving spots because the action is troublesome for those events. We will not allow using sheets even with people. In addition, sponsors, facility, and performers will not take any responsibility for those removed or left stuff.
