発送前にチェックした時になかった傷が入ってますね
外箱やハードケースには傷がなかったということで詳細は不明ですが、一旦お近くの郵便局でダメージレポートを出していただくことは可能でしょうか？

I checked the images listed on eBay as well.
The item has scratches that were not found at the time of the pre-shipping check.
We don’t know the details, as the outer box and hard case were not damaged. Is it possible for you to submit a damage report to the nearest post office?

There is a flaw which there wasn't in checking before shipping.
There was no flaw on the outer case and the hard case, so I don't know about the detail, but could you submit a damage report to a post office near you?
