発送前にチェックした時になかった傷が入ってますね
外箱やハードケースには傷がなかったということで詳細は不明ですが、一旦お近くの郵便局でダメージレポートを出していただくことは可能でしょうか？
もしかしたら保険が降りるかもしれませんのでお手数ですがご確認いただければと思います

I have checked the photos on ebay.
There is a flaw which was not there when it was checked before shipping.
Although the detail is not clear as there was no damage on the outer carton or the hard case,
is it possible to have a damage report issued by the post office near you?
It may be covered by insurance. Please check.
