発送前にチェックした時になかった傷が入ってますね
外箱やハードケースには傷がなかったということで詳細は不明ですが、一旦お近くの郵便局でダメージレポートを出していただくことは可能でしょうか？
もしかしたら保険が降りるかもしれませんのでお手数ですがご確認いただければと思います
