発送前にチェックした時になかった傷が入ってますね
外箱やハードケースには傷がなかったということで詳細は不明ですが、一旦お近くの郵便局でダメージレポートを出していただくことは可能でしょうか？
もしかしたら保険が降りるかもしれませんのでお手数ですがご確認いただければと思います

I checked also images exhibited at ebay.
I see scratch which was not when I checked it before shipping.
Since according to you, there were no damages found on outer box or its hard-case, so details are unsure, would you possibly submit a damage report in your closest post office?
I'd be appreciate if you could check, because an insurance may be going to be applied.
