傷の状態は写真で提示しており、発送前にチェックしておりますのでそれ以外にあるとすれば輸送中に付いた傷という可能性も考えられます。
傷の写真、詳細を撮って送ってもらうことはできますか？
郵便局にダメージレポートを提出していただければ保険が下りる可能性もあります。
ebayで売れるといいですが、こちらでも出来る限りあなたのお力添えが出来ればと思います。

It's regrettable that things has become like this.
Scratched condition has been shown with photos, and we conducted checks before shipping, so if there are other scratches other than the original, possibly it would have been damaged on the middle of transportation.
Would you please send us photos of the scratches?
An assurance may possibly be applied if you could submit a damage report to post office.
Hopefully it could be sold in ebay, but we think we hope to help you as possible as we can.
