傷の状態は写真で提示しており、発送前にチェックしておりますのでそれ以外にあるとすれば輸送中に付いた傷という可能性も考えられます。
傷の写真、詳細を撮って送ってもらうことはできますか？
郵便局にダメージレポートを提出していただければ保険が下りる可能性もあります。

It is very disappointing to find this situation.
The scratches were as shown in the photo, and we also checked the item before shipment, so there would be possibility of a new scratch in transit.
Would you please take detail photo of the scratch and send it to me?
You may also claim insurance to post office by submitting damage report.
I hope it could be sold on ebay, and I would help you as much as I can.
