It was a long vacation in Japan, we apologize those whom items caused delay.
The item hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. ( when you can't find it with the tracking number)

You received the item but it was broken.

I would like you to definitely let me know about that.i will take care of it till it has been solved.

There was a customer who tried to do returning process, but ebay system can't resend or refun till you return it to them.
