お客様に2種間以上すぎてもアイテムが到着しない。
（追跡ナンバーで見つからない時など）

アイテムは受け取ったが、壊れているとき。

その時は、必ず私に連絡してほしい。必ず解決するまで対応します。

以前、完全に壊れた品を、返品処理しようとしたお客さんがいて
イーベイのシステムは、こうなると返品するまで再送、返金できないのです。

Please contact me if your order is taking more than 2weeks to arrive and cannot be found with your tracking code, or if your item is damaged when you recieved. I will do whatever it takes to fix the problem.
