しかしそれが発覚した時点でサポートに連絡し以下の返信を受け取っている
これを信用したから私はUPSにこの荷物の発送の中止を要請しなかった
もしこれが失われたという事になれば私は約4000ドルの売上を失う事になる
無くなったダンボールの数は５箱
普通に考えてこれが無くなるなんて事はおかしい
必ず倉庫内のどこかにあります
どうか再調査をしてくれ

I really hope you will sincerely support me regarding this issue.
It is true that I forgot to add 150 pieces of A in the shipping plan.
However, as soon as I noticed it, I contacted the support and received the following reply.
As I trusted it, I did not request UPS to cancel the shipment of the parcels.
If they get lost, I will lose the sales of about $4,000.
5 cardboard boxes are lost.
It is strange that they got lost if you think with a common sense.
it should be somewhere in the warehouse.
Please investigate it again.
