しかし、理由を「4.It’s defective or doesn’t work.」とされていますが、商品自体の欠陥や故障ではなく、レンズによってオートフォーカスが効かないのはコンバーターの仕様によるものです。
「1.It’s the wrong size or doesn’t fit.」「2.I don’t need it anymore.」「3.I found a better price elsewhere.」のいずれかに変更してください

it is neither a defect nor trouble of the item. The reason why the automatic focus does not work by the lens is due to the specification of the converter.

Please choose either "1.It’s the wrong size or doesn’t fit," "2.I don’t need it anymore," or "3.I found a better price elsewhere" instead.
