いつもなら木曜日に、InvoiceとTracking Numberがメールで送られてくるのに、今週は送られてきていません。
発送が遅れているのでしょうか?
先日のお客さんから返品された商品ですが、私達が調べたところ、大きな汚れはなく、販売するのに問題がないと判断しました。そちらに返品せず、私達で販売をしますので、返金してもらう必要はありません。お気遣いありがとう。
3月はじめに在庫が入る予定だった商品は、すでに発送済みなのですか?
Until now, invoice and tracking number are sent via E-mail every time on Thursday, however, they aren't sent in this week.

Regarding the product returned from the customer the other day, we determined that it has no problem to sell because it doesn't have any bit stains. Therefore, there is no need to refund because we won't return it to you and will sell in our side. Thanks for your concern.
